François de Salignac de La Mothe-Fénelon, Education des filles [...], nouvelle edition, à La Haye, chez J. Rychoff, fils, libraire, 1739.

This small but interesting collection consists of a little more than 150 books published from the 18th century to the early Twenties of the 20th century and mainly acquired by the Library as donations or purchased on suggestion of the Faculty teaching staff and researchers. Topics include philosophy, psychology, pedagogy, literature - especially theater - and music; a great number of editions in foreign languages are part of the collection, as the 17 volumes of the Cours d'etude pour l'instruction des jeunes gens di Condillac (Paris, Dufart, 1797-1798) and Der Rosenkavalier: komödie für Musik in drei Aufzügen by Richard Strauss (geschichtlich, szenisch [...] von Max Chop. Leipzig, Reclam jun., 1911).

There are also Italian titles, like for example reference works as the Biblioteca italiana ossia Notizia de' libri rari italiani divisa in quattro parti cioe istoria, poesia, prose, arti e scienze di Nicola Francesco Haym (Milan, Giovanni Silvestri, 1803) and the majority of the 65 volumes which make up the Biografia universale antica e moderna ossia Storia per alfabeto della vita pubblica e privata di tutte le persone che si distinsero per opere, azioni, talenti, virtu e delitti (Venice, Gio. Battista Missiaglia, dalla tipografia di Alvisopoli, 1822-1831).

The collection was catalogued in 2012-2016 focussing on copy-specific data as well.
