Many libraries, one Library System

All Unife libraries offer  the same services,  as declared in the common Regulations, which are also compliant with the Carta dei servizi (Library Services Charter)  of Polo Bibliotecario Ferrarese (Ferrara Local Node  of the National Library System- SBN).  Please refer to each library website for additional  services and facilities.

Intelibrary Loan and Document delivery requests by Unife students and Academic staff are online services mangaged  by a central unit. Books acquisition requests by undergraduate and postgraduate students by an online form are also available services dealt managed by a central acquisition office of the Library System.

All libraries and  reading rooms provide wifi access to the University network.

Users can send complaints and suggestions about library services using a form, which can be sent by e-mail to the relavant library or office or handed out to staff at the reference desk. The Librarian in charge will reply within 30 days.
